All U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Framed artwork, prints with painted accents, or commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or during your order process.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We take great care to ensure your package arrives safely and beautifully presented. While it’s rare, transit damage can occasionally occur. Once tracking indicates delivery, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, but please reach out if an issue arises; we’re always happy to help.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What is your policy for international orders?

Please email info@jordanconnelly.com before purchasing so we can provide a personalized shipping quote based on your location and order details.
Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you need to make a return, we accept bedding returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and unwashed, in original packaging, in original condition.
For the safety and comfort of all customers, once bedding has been opened or used, it cannot be returned. If your order arrives with an unexpected issue or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jordanconnelly.com, and we’ll make it right with care and urgency.
All final sale items cannot be returned.

We take great pride in ensuring every piece arrives safely and beautifully, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t perfect.
Bedding
Where is your bedding made?
Every step of our bedding’s journey, from cotton seed to final stitch, is performed in the United States, primarily in South Carolina. We partner with American farms, mills, printers, and sewers to create each piece with integrity and intention, ensuring it’s both homegrown and thoughtfully made with a minimal environmental footprint.
Is your bedding sustainably made?
Yes. Sustainability is woven into every decision we make, from responsibly grown cotton and reduced transportation impact to eco-conscious packaging. Every partner we work with upholds earth-kind practices that minimize waste and prioritize longevity.
What materials do you use?
We use premium, long-staple U.S.-grown cotton known for its strength, breathability, and softness. Each fiber is carefully processed, from ginning to weaving, to preserve its natural quality and create fabric that’s gentle on both your skin and the planet.
What is the thread count & what does it mean?
Many people associate higher thread counts with better quality, but that’s actually a misconception. Thread count simply measures how many threads are woven into one square inch of fabric. It doesn’t reflect the quality of the cotton, the type of weave, or how the fabric feels and performs over time.
Our 180 thread count bedding is crafted from 100% American-grown long-staple cotton, which means the fibers themselves are naturally stronger, smoother, and more breathable than shorter fibers often used to inflate thread counts. Some manufacturers twist multiple lower-quality threads together to artificially raise the number, but this can make fabric heavy, less breathable, and prone to pilling.
By using premium long-staple cotton and a balanced weave, we achieve the ideal combination of softness, durability, and airflow, creating bedding that feels light, crisp, and comfortable night after night. In short, true luxury comes from fiber quality and craftsmanship, not inflated numbers.
How does your production process work?
Our process follows a thoughtful path that is gentle on the Earth and grounded in American craftsmanship and where every step in the manufacturing process is guided by integrity and intention.
- Farmed: Cotton is grown and harvested in the U.S. using sustainable methods. 65% of the cotton is irrigated naturally from rain only.
- Ginned, Spun & Woven: Fibers are cleaned, spun into yarns, and woven into high-quality fabric that balances softness and durability.
- Printed & Sewn: The fabric is printed with Jordan’s original artwork and sewn in American facilities by skilled craftspeople.
From start to finish, it honors American craftsmanship and cares for Mother Earth. This is bedding you can feel good about and proud to make part of your home.
How should I care for my bedding?
We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with mild, eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low or line dry to preserve softness and color. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to protect both the fibers and the artwork.
How does my purchase give back?
Every purchase supports the Waterkeeper Alliance both globally and locally though the South Carolina chapter. This is an organization dedicated to protecting and restoring clean water worldwide and within our own community.
Through this partnership, your bedding helps fund efforts to safeguard rivers, lakes, and coastal waterways, ensuring that the environments inspiring our designs remain healthy, thriving, and full of life for generations to come.
What sizes and styles do you offer?
Our bedding collection includes duvet covers and sheet sets, each crafted with care from premium U.S. grown cotton. Every sheet set includes coordinating pillowcases for a complete, elevated look. To complement your bedding, we also offer standard, king, and euro shams designed to layer beautifully and finish the ensemble.
We offer a full range of sheeting sizes, from crib sheets for little ones to Twin, Full, Queen, and King, along with duvet covers in Twin/Twin XL, Full/Queen, and King/California King, so every bed in your home can be dressed in beauty, luxury, and comfort.
We offer over 14 unique patterns that are inspired by slowing down to enjoy the beauty of everyday life and the stillness of nature. This wide range allows you to mix and layer designs that reflect your personal style.
Why choose U.S. made bedding?
Choosing 100% U.S. made bedding supports local farms, mills, and artisans while reducing the environmental footprint of production. It also ensures traceability, ethical standards, and exceptional craftsmanship which are all values at the heart of our brand.
What does “Farmed, Printed, Sewn - 100% USA” mean?
It’s our promise of transparency and integrity. Every part of your bedding’s creation happens here in the U.S., from the cotton fields to the final seam. It’s truly homegrown bedding, crafted with care for people, home, and planet.
Commissions
I am interested in a custom painting. What is the process?
Thank you so much for your interest! I love creating custom paintings. Collaborating with clients to bring a special scene, memory, or idea to life is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
Custom pieces are available in a range of sizes and price points to suit different spaces and budgets, with availability depending on current bookings.
Please visit the Commissions page for details on sizing, pricing, and the process.
I have a specific deadline for my custom painting, but you’re already booked. Is there any way to accommodate my request?
I completely understand and do my best to accommodate every request. I offer two options:
- I can provide a gift letter via email on my letterhead for the recipient to open on your desired date, confirming that the painting is on its way
- I can offer expedited ordering based on availability for 20% of the final pre-tax, pre-shipping total, which may allow me to meet your requested timeline.
I ordered my custom commission and already paid my deposit, but I’m thinking I’d like a different size or frame. What can I do?
This is rare, but I do my best to accommodate requests. It depends on how far along the piece is and how unique the project is. Your deposit is used to purchase supplies and to create a preliminary sketch for composition approval.
Depending on the project, there may be a surcharge to switch sizes or frames. Please email me.
I like one of your original paintings, but it’s the wrong size for my space. What can I do?
AnswerI’m happy to create a custom piece to meet your needs. I don’t create exact replicas of previous work, but I can paint something very similar, capturing the elements you love from the original piece.

What should I consider and/or tell my installer when ordering wallpaper?
Our flat matte wallpaper comes untrimmed in one continuous roll sold by the yard. The repeat for each design is listed under the product. Sharing this information with your installer ensures accurate pattern matching and proper installation.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes! Please click here to apply. Once approved, you will receive a discount code and further instructions.
What is a half-drop repeat and why are most of your patterns in half-drop?
AnswerA half-drop repeat staggers the horizontal alignment of the pattern while keeping the vertical repeat consistent. This creates a staggered effect on installation and helps hide obvious repeats, giving your walls a more hand-painted, spontaneous feel. It’s important to account for a small amount of waste when calculating how many yards you need.
What does it mean when a paper mentions a "Large yard"?
Three patterns are offered in a large yard, which is simply twice the width of the traditional 27-inch yardage (54 inches). While the price per yard may appear higher, it is the same value because of the wider width.
Do you sell wallpaper by the roll?
Wallpaper is sold by the linear yard. We recommend rounding up if you are between yard amounts, as we do not cut by half-yard or custom lengths.
What does “untrimmed” mean and why is it important?
Untrimmed paper includes the visible selvedge on the edges. This is standard for luxury wallpaper and provides:
- Space for join marks for precise pattern matching
- Extra protection during shipping and installation
- Better control and improved results for professional installers
Do you offer customization (colorway or pattern)?
Yes! Custom colors, grounds, and patterns are available. Inquiries can be sent to info@jordanconnelly.com
Do you offer commercial-grade paper?
Yes, commercial-grade grounds are available upon request. Please inquire at info@jordanconnelly.com
How much paper should I order?
We recommend consulting a professional installer for the most accurate estimate. Provide them with the paper dimensions and repeat. Ordering all wallpaper at once ensures color consistency. If installing yourself, wallpaper calculators are available online, but professional installation is safest.
Do you accept returns?
No, all wallpaper is custom printed and cut by the manufacturer, so we cannot accept returns.
What is the minimum order?
There is a 5-yard minimum for all orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once processed, as we submit them immediately to the manufacturer. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation.
Can I use wallpaper in a bathroom?
Yes! We recommend using standard ventilation and avoiding frequent water splashes to maintain the wallpaper’s quality.
Is your wallpaper pre-pasted?
No. We recommend selecting a standard clear wallpaper adhesive with your installer. For hanging instructions for Flat Matte wallpaper, click here.
How do I clean my wallpaper if necessary?
Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and water. Test a small, concealed area first. Avoid heavy rubbing or harsh cleaners, which may lift the colors.
Does your wallpaper have a fire rating?
Yes, all our papers are Class A fire-rated, ASTM-E84.
Can you tell us more about your commitment to sustainability?
We prioritize eco-friendly practices and work with sustainable USA-based manufacturers to create environmentally responsible wallpaper.
